What you get every cycle

1. A list of the pets that are actually overdue or due soon — taken from the file you already have, not a new system you must learn.
2. Draft messages for each group, written for your approval.
3. Dispatch from your practice identity, with STOP handling on SMS and an unsubscribe link on email.
4. A plain report: how many were contacted, how many responded, how many came back.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by our merchant of record, who appears on your card statement and issues the invoice; their terms of sale apply to the payment itself. Prices exclude any taxes, duties or withholdings for which you are responsible.

Cancel, refunds and scope

Cancel any time; the subscription ends at the close of the paid period. See Refunds for the 14-day money-back terms. This is a non-clinical operations service: we do not practise veterinary medicine, we do not diagnose or prescribe, and clinical decisions remain with your licensed veterinarians.

Prices shown are for the standard self-service subscription. Custom scopes (more than 2,500 records per cycle, additional channels, or extra cycles) are quoted separately. Figures we report are actual counts from you.
